Theatrical delights for kids at the Arts Centre Melbourne this Winter and Spring

Wait till you see what's in store for your kids at the Arts Centre Melbourne!

The Winter / Spring Families Program has been announced and it's jam packed with performing arts and interactive fun for the littlest kids to the tweens.

Books come to life on the Arts Centre Melbourne stage

Lewis Carroll’s The Hunting of the Snark, Roald Dahl’s George’s Marvellous Medicine and the ever popular The Very Hungry Caterpillar books all spring in to life on the Melbourne stage in the final half of 2018, but that's not all.

George's Marvellous Medicine

The Teeny Tiny Stevies' Tea Party entertain families in a morning of music and treats at The Pavilion while Erth's Prehistoric Aquarium immerse families into the world's oceanic past.

Dutch theatermakers Het Filaal bring The Great Illusionist to the stage and Bamboozle Theatre Company, from the UK, will present Gentle Giant, an immersive, multi-sensory experience for children with profound and multiple learning disabilities.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show

On weekends during June to November, children have the chance to participate in The Children’s Party: Think Tank Sessions, a series of workshops responding to the exciting provocations and hot topic issues.
