Heroes and Villains' feat Simon Slieker Family Rave with Big Fish Little Fish Melbourne

Hey party people. It's time to dust off your dancing shoes and Melbourne Shuffle on down to the CBD this March as Family Rave organisers Big Fish Little Fish have announced their very first BFLF family rave event of 2018.

Big Fish Little Fish have been running family-friendly raves since 2013 in the UK and last year introduced similar events in Victoria's capital city.

Big Fish Little Fish run weekend afternoon family raves for parents who find it hard to get out to night time gigs. These events are held in family-friendly hours to allow small people (0-8) to throw some shapes on the dance floor, too!

As well as a music policy which is about playing grown up club music to families (with a heavy dose of rave nostalgia thrown in) everything from house, techno, dnb, classics, rave, there are glitter cannons, giant balloons, bubbles, craft areas and baby chill spaces - like a micro festival on a weekend afternoon for 6-800 people with kids. They are anarchic, social and fun.

The Big Fish Little Fish crew are excited to be back in 2018 and have announced the next family friendly rave date for the year: 'Heroes and Villains' feat Simon Slieker on 18 March.

What to expect:

Quality tunes: house/rave/techno/classics
Multi-sensory dancefloor with glitter cannons, bubbles, giant balloons and parachute dance finale.
Licensed bar, free transfers and glowsticks.
Kids Craft Area with giant mural, themed crafts, prizes and a playdoh table for the littlest ones.
Face painting stall
Cake Stall
Snacks and hot food available
Play area with tents and tunnels and baby chillout space with mats and soft-play ball pool.
Optional (but highly encouraged) fancy dress: Let your imagination go wild!
Sound levels safe for ears of all sizes.

Fancy Dress is optional but highly encouraged. What will be your chosen attire Masked hero? Cunning deviant? Musical legend, History's worst?

Fun times! Big fish little fish, cardboard box. See you there family ravers!
