Braeside Brewing Co a local microbrewery with a family friendly focus.
Braeside Brewery Co are a family owned and run microbrewery and after 3 years of hard work, they are ready to open their doors to the public. Their brewery and eatery will provide locals with a relaxing and comfortable space in a family friendly atmosphere.
We had the pleasure of a sneak peak and we're very excited with their family friendly focus. Husband and wife Rame & Anni and Charlie, brother of Rame, are parents of young children themselves. With their unique perspective as parents, no small detail was overlooked when catering for their young guests.
Their most outstanding feature is their fenced-in play area aimed for younger children. It's perfectly situated in their dining hall, with a clear view from the nearby tables. The dedicated haven and stress reliever for parents, features a range of fantastic assortment of toys, books and somewhere for the children to relax and play.
Braeside Brewing Co cater for older children too, with exciting plans for their outdoor beer garden. While this area was under construction during my visit, I can assure you this will excite both children and young adults at heart.
The area will including decking and turf, with an assortment of lawn games available, including jenga and giant connect four. It provides the kids a chance to play freely away from the table in a fun, casual and smoke free area.
While the kids are kept happy and occupied, parents can enjoy one of many of their house brewed beers, with over eight beers on tap or they may order from their full serviced bar. Their beverage list includes locally produced spirits and wines, as well as soft drinks and coffee.
Their kitchen also includes a wood fired pizza oven and caters for most taste buds. Their menu is designed with most dishes to be shared amongst family and friends and they also include a kid's menu if you prefer individual meals.
They are designed to be a walk-in venue, with some tables being designed as communal seating. There is no shortage of high chairs and the venue is spacious for prams.
The owners are locals themselves and are focused on the local community. Braeside Brewing Co set to open on Friday 8 of November, so pop by and support a brand new local business.
