Free Christmas Activities and Santa at District Docklands

If you are looking for somewhere to take the kids to visit Santa, I highly recommend going down to District Docklands.

We went on Sunday afternoon, and I can honestly say he was one of the most friendly Santa's we have encountered. Upon entering, he greeted the children warmly and tried to have a conversation with them. As my son (1.5) was not up for it, the friendly elves directed us to the craft station beside Santa's chair. It was a great opportunity for them to warm up to the idea. And as it wasn't busy Santa came and chatted to them while they were hard at work.

Each weekend before Christmas, District Docklands is holding free craft activities between 12-4pm. There's pom-pom wreath making, fringed paper Christmas trees, laser cut stars and confetti Christmas cards to make.

Santa will be at District Docklands until 24 December. For times and dates check here

Santa's Treehouse is located next to Le Cirque Cafe at District Docklands (previously Harbourtown Shopping Centre).
