If you are like me and my kids, don't go to see 'Peppa Pig My First Cinema Experience' and expect to see a movie, ha ha! Well knowing Peppa well we shouldn't have expected a full movie, but the good old 5 minute episodes!

Boys at Peppa

If you have seen Peppa live before you will be familiar with her friend Daisy who joins Peppa on her journey. Daisy keeps the audience attention by interacting with them, asking them questions and doing actions etc. Daisy appears a few times during the movie which the whole cinema seemed to enjoy in between Peppa episodes, although the loudest roar in the cinema was the infamous music at the start of each Peppa show.

We were delighted to see the Kangaroo family in Australia and also their neighbour Mr Wallaby. The Aussie slang and accents were quite humorous along with their expeditions too. The episodes weren't all about Australia though, a visit to the Queen was included and some other new episodes.

The KIDS verdict;

Mr and Miss 2 - throughly enjoyed (their Aunty's view)
Miss 3 - loved it
Mr 4 - liked it all
Mr 6 - a bit disappointed that it wasn't an actual movie

The 'movie' itself runs for a total of 73mins, but we were in the cinema for 1.5 hours in total with previews etc. There was lots of noise so don't worry about taking your young ones, including lots of kid hanging out at the front of the cinema near the screen.

Peppa Pig My First Cinema Experience starts this Thursday March 16th, so check out your local cinema for this 'movie/tv show' experience that all Peppa fans with love.
