While my 3 year old and I were pretty excited about the prospect of a giant ice slide, I was secretly worried that my little threenager may take a look and decide it was all a little bit too scary to get involved, but we tried it on the weekend and I can honestly say, she absolutey loved it!
The slide is setup in a great spot amongst the restaurants of Southbank so the view from the top of the Yarra and the city is quite a sight! Everyone is given a tubie to ride the slide in, there are various sizes for children and adults.
All children under 4 are required to ride with an adult. Honestly quite a thrill, and my little 3 year old was saying “I want to go again” before we had even reached a complete stop. Worth a go Melbourne, you'll definitley warm up climbing those stairs with the tubie!
