Village Cinemas in Southland will boast six unique cinema concepts from 1 December 2016, one of which is Australia's first kids cinema concept.
VJunior is a cinema for kids, designed by kids. In partnership with one of the world’s leading toy brands, Mattel’s Hot Wheels, the cinema combines two things that children love – movies and play.
The session begins with an interative play time, up to an hour prior to movie screening sessions. Playtime includes building blockwalls, light projection games, Hot Wheels activity tables and more.
Children's artwork will also come to life on the big screen through custom built interactive scan and see technology.
When it's movie time, your kids can perch their bottoms on custom-fit bean bag seats and lounges, with traditional seating for the parents. What fun!
Vjunior is a completely child-friendly cinema with modified volumes and lighting levels, a shorter pre-show, and an intermission allowing for additional socializing, snack and bathroom breaks. A new kid’s menu will be available, accompanied by a coffee cart for parents to enjoy.
Book in for a family visit, or perhaps even consider Vjunior as a party venue for your child's birthday!
Vjunior will open its doors on Thursday, December 1, 2016. The KidTown Melbourne Crew can't wait for this one.
