Warran Glen Cafe in Warrandyte

As a coffee and food loving city, we are spoilt rotten with the endless choice of cafes in and around Melbourne.

Mumma G enjoys nothing more than checking out new Cafes with the G boys. Of course, my measure of a great place is one where the G boys can leave without any breakages or general boy carnage! (Mums of boys will understand that!).

One of our many favourite spots to while away a sunny day is Warran Glen Cafe in Warrandyte.

This cafe is a hit with the locals and is hidden at the back of the Warran Glen Nursery in a stunning natural environment. A perfect place to enjoy some time with the family.

Kids will love hunting for the ducks as they crossed the quaint bridge over the pond.

The cafe has plenty of seating indoor and in a secure courtyard. The added attraction outside is the wooden train for the kids. Although it may look simple, the kids love it!

With a wide choice of mouth watering breakfast, brunch, lunch and afternoon tea delights, you'll want to come back again and again and again. Oh and did I mention it is also fully licensed?!

It advisable to book ahead on weekends as this place is usually busting at the seams. Needless to say it's worth it.

On the way out, be sure to have a browse round the gift shop...I guarantee you'll find something that you like!

Warran Glen Nursery & Cafe, 373 Ringwood-Warrabndyte Road, Warrandyte.
